Ability to Evolve your Pokemon
To gain the ability to evolve your pokemon you must beat Rayquazza. After you have beaten Rayquazza and the credits have rolled, you will gain access to Luminous Cave which is found at Whiscash Pond just north of the Pokemon Square. There will be a commotion in Pokemon Square prompting you to go there and learn about evolution. Then the next time you try to leave and go on any mission, your partner will stop you and tell you how to change leaders and travel using just one pokemon. Enter Luminous Cave with just the pokemon that you wish to evolve. The pokemon that you are evolving must meet the required level for evolution and in some cases might need an item such as a moon stone or sun stone. A link cable can also be used. To check if your pokemon is capable of evolution, check it's summary page and under evolution it will be Possible, Not Now, or Not Anymore.

Absol
It is not a cheat but it will help you get a strong partner(at least at lv.20 or 21).When you beat articuno he will try to attack you but absol will stop him and then he will join the team and you will get a free friend area to.

All terain master
When your IQ is at its Max you can now walk on air water lava my lv46 charizard can walk on water and air my lv 94 raichu can walk on air water ice and lava my lv 100 blastoise can walk on lava and air like in sky tower but when you walk on lava you immediatly get a burn!!! Dont give credit to me give it to Karl Brooks he gave me the idea to submit it.

Best team
My best team is pikachu saquirtle and tryogue and ive got half way through the game in under and hour.

Celebi
Celebi joins you without a fight at the 99th floor of purity forest.

Evolve
After you beat the game there will be tunnle in Wishcash Pond if you are at level.36 you can evolve in to a stronger form.

How to get Ho-oh
Ho-oh is at Mt.Faraway on the 40th Floor. Ho-oh is pretty strong, to get Mt.Faraway, you have to rescue Latias from Pitfall Valley.When you fight Ho-oh, it is at lvl. 50(I think).Ho-oh should be a easy fight if you have a elec. type pokemon(like Pikachu, I had a Raichu at lvl. 72, right now its at lvl. 86).You'll be lucky enough if Ho-oh joins you on the first try.

How to get Kyogre, Lugia, Latios, Latias, and Mewtwo
If you ever wonder what was at the bottom of Deep-sea cave, well its Kyogre. Kyogre is on the 50th BFloor(I think). Kyogre is weak, its only at lvl 25 when u first fight it. If it joins you on the first time you fight it, you will get Deep-Sea Floor along with Kyogre(make sure you bring only two members, and that should be your two main characters, Kyogre wheigt is 4 stars. Lugia is at Silver Trench on the 98th BFloor. Lugia is at lvl 50 and its wheight is 4 stars.If Lugia joins you on the first time you fight it, you will get Deep-Sea Current along with Lugia(Make sure you bring a lot of items.You can only get Latios at Northern Range, when you reach Latios, Latios will challenge you. When you beat him,he will not join you because he is looking for his sister Latias who is at Pitfall Valley.When you reach Latias at Pitfall Valley, she will not fight you,instead she will come home with you.When you get back to Pokemon town square, Latios and Latias will reunite and they will join you only if you have Southern Island. Mewtwo is at Western Cavern on the 97th BFloor.Make sure your team is at a really high level before you enter the cave.As you get further down in the cavern, the pokemon will get stronger(you will see Blastiose, Charizard, Venusuar, Blaziken, Secptile, Swampert,Feraligatr, Meganium, Typlosion,Tyranitar, an much more). Mewtowo will only join you if you have Cryptic Cave.Good luck.

How to get to Rayquaza
To get to Rayquaza, you have to progress far enough in the game.After u beat Groudon in the Magma Cavern, Xatu will summon everybody at the Grand Canyon and will say that a meteor will strike Earth.He will tell u to get help from Rayquaza at the Sky Tower.There are some pretty strong pokemon at the Sky Tower, so dont leave for the Sky Tower yet, you should train first, when u think u are at a high enough level then go,remember to bring a lot of reviver seeds and heal items because Rayquaza is really strong. I recommend that u be at least level 35 or higher.There are 25 floors at the Sky Tower. After u clear the 25 floors, u will reach a stone Kangashkhan, u can save your progess there. Rayquaza is on the 9th floor of the Sky Tower summit. Prepare for the fight of your life, its a tough battle.

Items fast
If you lost in a dungeon go to a dungeon you have been in before and go through it and grab every item possible.

Kyogre
Kyogre is located on the 40th floor of Stormy Sea. You also have to have someone who knows dive or have the HM Dive.

Moltres
Later on in the game you have to challenge ,moltres with you and your partener only so make sure you and your partener are at least L23 or more.

My money
Before entering a new dungeon you have not beaten put your money in the bank because if you lose in there mony plus items go bye bye.

Power combo
When you and your team mate learn your first move go to gulpins link shop and link the moves together use it and you will be almost invincible.

The real way how to get Legendary Island
You have to fight any one of the legendary birds and it will join you, and you will get Legendary Island.

To unlock Legendary Island
In story mode, you will have to fight Zapdos, Moltres, and Articuno.When u beat them they wont join your team because 1. you didnt beat the game yet, and 2. you might not be a high rank.After the credit roll, u can go back and fight them again,but they still wont join your team, because you dont have Legendary Island. To unlock Legendary Island, you have to do a rescue mission that was sent to you by mail,check the mail and see the reward, it will say friend area(not all the time).You cant by Legendary Island.So when u get Legendary Island, you can go back and fight them again and they will join they team.

Zapdos alert
In thunder mountain you will have to fight and beat zapdos i recomend these pokemon mudkip you L17 charmander L16 or more manamitee L16 also link all there moves together and you should beat him in 2 shots from all of you.
