Mortal Kombat Gold (DC)

Cheat menu:
Press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Left, Right, Right when "Press Start Button" appears at the title screen.
A laugh and the word "Outstanding" will be heard to confirm correct code entry.
Press Start to display the main menu, highlight "Options", then hold BLK + RUN (default is L + R)
to display a cheat menu with the following selections:

Easy Endings: Fight one round to see the character's ending.
Fatal 1 (HP): Press HP at the "Finish Him" screen to perform fatality 1.
Fatal 2 (LP): Press LP at the "Finish Him" screen to perform fatality 2.
Pit Fatal (D + HP): Press Down + HP at the "Finish Him" screen to perform the Pit fatality.
Danger: Sets life bars to one hit deaths.
Kombat Kode: (1-30): Allows the following various cheats in two player mode:

Play as Goro:
Highlight "HIDDEN" at the character selection screen. Press and hold L + R. Press Up, left, A.


Play as Sektor:
Highlight "HIDDEN" at character selection screen. Press and hold L + R. Press Up,Up, Up, Up, Left, Left, Left, Left, A.


Play as Noob Saibot:
Highlight "HIDDEN" at character selection screen. Press and hold L + R. Press Up, Up, Left, Left, Left, Left, A.


View character biographies:
Enter the "Kombat Theater". Highlight a character and press L + R to
view that person's bio. Highlighting the opening sequence will display
Goro's bio. Note: You do not have to have the character's ending
unlocked to view his or her bio.


Alternate costumes:
Highlight a fighter and press Start at the character selection screen.


Change arcade mode opponent order:
Select arcade mode and any fighter. Choose a destiny, but do not press A. Press Start to rotate the tower and change opponents.


Sektor's moves:
Teleport uppercut: toward, toward, low kick (B)
Dumb missile: toward, toward, low punch (A)
Smart missile: down, away, high punch (X)

Although it is not listed in the manual, Kung Lao's spinning move is also
available: toward, down, toward + run (R) hold R to spin for longer.


Skip credits:
After you beat the game the credits will come on.Instead of turning on and
off your system you could just press and hold A, B, X, Y and then press
start.It will skip the credits and bring you to the,press start screen.


Goro glitch:
To get a strange Goro, play a one player game and get to Goro. Make him win so that you have to continue. Then when you choose a new character, put in the Goro code and play as him. You should have a really weird person labled goro. His head is Shinok's, his left hand is the thing that Shinok wears around his neck. His left foot is someones upper body and head. And some of his limbs are not connected.


Pit Fatality Glitch:
Enter the code for the Cheat Menu. With this enabled, turn on your "Pit
Fatality" Cheat. When you go to do a Pit Fatality, with the Cheat turned on,
Press and Hold: Down+Y+X+B+A. Keep them held down until you see your
opponent fall off the spikes. Then you will hear the ever famous "Toasty".


Play as Kintaro from Mortal Kombat 2:
First you must activate the Cheat Menu. Then go to the bottom of the select
screen and highlight "Hidden". Press Up, Up, Up, Up, Down, Down, Down, Right, Left, Left, Left, then press A.


Noob Saibot Death costume:
Highlight Noob Saibot at the character selection screen, then hold Start and press X(3). When the match begins, he should be wearing a winter coat with a white hood. Enable the "Big head mode" code for an even better effect.


Kombat Kodes:
Enter these codes at the versus mode screen.
