Weather never changes:
Hold L + R + Up while starting the game in arcade mode.

Bonus pace cars:
Beat Championship mode four times to unlock the bonus pace cars.

Micro Machines camera:
Beat Championship mode once and finish in first place in each race

Drive as S. Hattori:
Beat Championship mode once to unlock a bonus Japanese driver.
